About

My name is Morgan Blair (she/they)

Hello! I'm so glad you're here. This page is meant to give you a snapshot of who I am as a person and a clinician. However, I know that a bio on a website page can only do so much. So, if you have more questions or are interested in connecting, feel free to reach out. I'd love to chat more.

I am a writer, professional consultant, parent coach, and licensed professional counselor (LPC) from Denver, Colorado.

As a writer, I have published articles for big publications, such as Psychology Today, as well as small private practices across the US. I enjoy using my mental health education and professional background to create accessible written pieces that spread awareness about individualized treatment for eating disorders, neurodivergence, and trauma. I believe in people's stories and the power of words, and you will find that I regularly discuss my mental health journey and lived experiences in my articles and essays.

As a consultant, I offer professional consultation calls. I will meet with mental health professionals who wish to brainstorm about how to work with neurodivergent individuals who also have eating disorders and/or a trauma background. I will also meet with healthcare professionals who are looking to publish articles. I will offer insight into my experience with that process and give tips on how to construct and pitch articles.

As a parent coach, I offer video calls with parents of children who have an eating disorder, trauma history, or are neurodivergent. I meet with parents to explore how best to support their children in their mental health journey.

As a counselor, I work with neurodivergent individuals healing from trauma and eating disorders who are searching for a new perspective on the counseling process. Or, anyone who is looking for a therapist whose primary goal is to incorporate their unique needs in the treatment process. I build individualized treatment plans that tend to each person's neuro-complexities so that clients feel seen and validated while making peace with their bodies and becoming their most realized selves.  â€‹â€‹â€‹
